Community Pool

Open year-round, daily from 5AM – 11PM
Request a pool key fob . For assistance with uploading documents, contact amenityaccess@goodwintx.com.
The first pool fob is provided at no cost. Additional or replacement fobs are available for $35 each, with a limit of two active fobs per household. Any charges will be billed to your HOA account.
Amenity Center Grill and Pavilion Area
The grill and pavilion area can be reserved for gatherings by submitting a request through the “Book Amenity” tab in your TownSq account.
The rental fee is $50 for 4 hours, with a maximum capacity of 35 people. Please note that the pool will remain open and accessible to all residents during your reservation.
Payments can be made by check, mailed to the HOA Office (The Ramble, 9021 Goodnight Ranch Blvd, Suite 1310, Austin, TX 78747), or through your HOA account on TownSq.
Common Area Maintenance
The HOA is responsible for maintaining specific common areas, including the Amenity Center lot and the two small wing lots located at the corners of Baythorne Drive beside the Amenity Center. All other common areas are managed by the Onion Creek Metro Park District (OCMPD) https://www.ocmpd.com
Reporting Issues
We appreciate your help in keeping our community well-maintained. The following are options to report maintenance issues:
(1) Submit a request via TownSq: Include a picture, address/location, and as many details as possible.
(2) Contact the Community Manager during business hours: Adriane Carbajal – goodnightmanager@goodwintx.com or (512) 372-2177.
(3) For after-hours common area emergencies: Call (855) 289-6007 and follow the prompts.
