Streetscapes
The streetscape is the area between the curb and sidewalk.
HOMEOWNER STREETSCAPE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Mowing, weed control and maintaining the overall health of the sod/turf
• Weed control in the streetscape tree wells and mulch rings
• Do not install any signage or other objects in the streetscape area
Homeowners should follow all HOA CCR Guidelines for specific maintenance requirements in the streetscapes.
